Provide leadership to establish and execute strategic and tactical direction of Marketing efforts to Foodservice distributors and operators resulting in delivering the annual profit plan as determined in conjunction with Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. Management.


  • Developing strategic plans by channel and category to maximize profit returns and to execute new product introductions.
  • Contributing to the overall strategic planning process of Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc. and to advise the leadership team in strategic and tactical directions relating to the FS customer segments including effective use of available industry data.
  • Developing and managing financial budgets and performing financial analysis as needed to support recommendations on business development and expansion.
  • Hiring, training, developing and disciplining FS Marketing member to ensure consistent performance against company objectives.
  • Directing, training, and supervising staff positions to increase the effectiveness of the field selling team, including the proper accounting, tracking, and communication, of promotional spending accounts.
  • Leading and directing the entire FS Marketing Team to ensure cross-functional participation, internal communication, and external customer development.
  • Helping represent the FS Team and their needs to the internal cross-functional groups including Finance, Operations Supply Chain, IT, and the ELT Team.
  • Assist in Development and achieving annual sales and profit plan objectives for the FS Business Unit.




  • Minimum of 10 years in marketing management in the Foodservice business.
  • Proven leadership ability.
  • BS or BA degree, preferably in the area of Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Must have proficient skills in budgeting, forecasting, motivating, performance management, written and oral communications, preparation and delivery of presentations, and developing strategic and tactical market plans.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and general computing skills.
  • Must have capability to interact with all levels of management, staff, field sales, brokers, and vendors.
