This position's primary responsibility is for Safety and Environmental activities within the production environment.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts. The work environment may be noisy, dusty, slippery, hot or cold, depending on the particular product and manufacturing processes being carried out. Workers are required to regularly wash their hands with anti-bacterial soap and wear protective clothing including hair nets, gloves, masks and overalls, which will help avoid contaminating products.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time; moderate and heavy lifting
and carrying which includes the ability to lift up to eighty pounds; adequate vision and hearing required; pulling, reaching, bending, climbing, and kneeling; use of fingers, both hands, and both legs required; must be able to operate assigned vehicle.
Maintain mental capacity that permits making sound judgments regarding work and have regular attendance. Capable of 24-hour, 7-day a week, emergency work assignments.
